I’ve found my salon! This salon prioritises customer experience & store atmosphere. They are so talented and authentic in how they deliver their services. I usually find hair salons to have quite anxious energy floating in the room and I truely felt like I was just at home with my bestie cutting my hair. I can’t thank Natalie and the team enough ❤️ (p.s TRY THE VEGAN/GF BROWNIE)

It’s not just the great hairdressers, the whole service is impressive. Friendly reception, massage chairs, cute snacks and even volunteers to rock my baby so I can relax. Love the team here, have been having my haircut here for over 10 years now.

Hands down one of the best Hairdressers I’ve ever been to. Their service is detailed and has all the right personal touches that other salons don’t. The atmosphere is calm and their staff are so lovely you can’t help but be happy. I had Maddy (sorry if incorrect spelling) and she was so enthusiastic, passionate and professional. I felt understood and loved how she envisioned what was best for me. Cannot recommend this business more. You won’t regret it!

I have used this salon for years now and have only ever received fantastic service. The staff are always very welcoming and attentive, Lauren who's typically on reception is always bubbly and full of conversation creating a positive environment within the salon. Liam who has been hairdresser and stylist for years now, has a wealth of experience and has always been very mindful with what I am trying to achieve whilst also offering his creative professional thoughts. They also provide delicious brownies and tea!

I adore Crysalis! As someone who, growing up, despised visiting the hairdressers, Crysalis has always allowed me to feel safe and comfortable. I find the business incredibly sophisticated and professional, and I love the confidentiality — no posting photos of you on their social media! I also adore Lauren! As someone who works in customer service and understands [at least in part] the pressures of small-scale, independent business, I so respect Lauren’s management of tricky, modern-day situations. Lauren is warm, authentically sweet and juggles being the face of a successful, time-sensitive business oh SO well. I would be proud to have her as an employee! I absolutely love Crysalis! I recently booked in for a blowdry with Miki and had the most amazing experience. She not only gave me top notch hair, but also provided the most amazing basin experience (the massage was out of this world!). Miki was the consummate professional and really made an effort to connect with me and understand my hair needs. Everyone is so lovely, the space is so beautiful and the drinks and brownie are to die for! 🤍

Liam and the team at Crysalis are so so talented. I always leave with THE BEST hair, feeling fresh and uplifted! They use quality, natural products and really care for my hair. The vibe is second to none and Lana’s blow dry is one of the best I've ever experienced! Highly recommend ❤️

If i could rate 10 stars i would i was treated by the wonderful alana and a couple of her team members and honestly it was the best experience in a salon i’ve had in a long time so friendly and welcoming down to have a laugh and also showed genuine care about what i wanted in my hair and when we came to a situation where my hair didn’t lift as desired they made sure i was still happy with what could be achieved and went above and beyond to make it happen and honestly i’ve walk away more happy within myself and my experience then ever thankyou alana and all crysalis team !!! ❤️❤️ the red / brownish mess is before (obviously)
